This notice is issued by FACTN SOFTWARE LLC. It describes how we handle information when you use our mobile Application and any support pages that point to this document.
Scope of Collection
When you install or use applications published by FACTN SOFTWARE LLC, we may receive limited technical details from your device. This can include IP address, device/OS type, approximate time spent in the app, and basic interaction events.
We do not attempt to collect precise GPS location for the core product experience.
The Application does not depend on generative AI systems to process personal data for its primary features.
Why Information Is Processed
We use the records described above to keep the Application running, diagnose failures, understand aggregate feature use, and—where advertising is enabled—measure delivery and limit repetition of ads.
FACTN SOFTWARE LLC does not build marketing profiles from government ID numbers, payment card PAN data, or similar high-risk identifiers, because the Application does not collect them.
On-Device Identifiers
Advertising IDs, SDK cookies, and comparable local tokens may be read so partners can attribute installs and cap ad frequency. Companion websites, if any, may set ordinary browser cookies.
You can reset the advertising identifier or restrict tracking from your device or store settings.

Who Else May Receive Data
FACTN SOFTWARE LLC discloses limited information to vendors that host, secure, analyze, or monetize the Application, and only to the extent needed for that work.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the Service Provider, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Requests and Controls
Uninstalling the Application stops future collection from that copy. For access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, email factnsoftwarellc@gmail.com.
Platform settings remain available for limiting personalized advertising.
How Long Records Are Kept
Retention follows the purpose of the record: diagnostic logs rotate; support mail may be stored longer if a dispute remains open. Ask factnsoftwarellc@gmail.com if you want a specific record erased.
Users Under 13
The Application is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, or the comparable minimum age where you live.
If you think a child has sent us personal information, write to factnsoftwarellc@gmail.com and we will delete it where required.
Security Approach
FACTN SOFTWARE LLC uses access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No online service can promise perfect security.

If this notice changes in a material way, the new text will appear on this page. The current version took effect on 2026-09-18.
